This year’s Platinum award for The Number You Have On Autodial (Best Tech
Support) was presented to Symetrix for their continued dedication to providing their
customers with the most exemplary technical support available. Symetrix was also
presented with the 2016 Gold Stellar Service Award for Sales Support You Can
Believe In (Best Sales Operation) for excellence in sales and after-sales support.
Now in their third year, the Stellar Service Awards were established by Systems
Contractor News to acknowledge excellence in customer care and satisfaction in the
professional AV industry. Winners are selected based on readers’ votes, and further
vetted by a panel of professional integrator and consultant judges.
