The new intuitive web based plug and play tool is starting from the customer needs and presents an entire audio solution for the specific customer requirements.
On the Apart website, a Plug & Play section has been added where you can discover more than 50 audio solutions for the small and mid-sized fixed install market. It shows a variety of audio applications that gives the installer a quick answer on the following questions:
• What loudspeaker should I choose and how many should I install to get the best audio result?
• Which electronics do I need in this audio project?
• How do I connect my cables to which amplifier or music source?
• How do I need to configure the software or how do I control the devices?
The digital plug and play is suitable for corporate, retail, sport and leisure, outdoors, food service and hospitality, education and religion, and residential applications.
Furthermore it is now possible with the online plug and play, to have a pdf file of each application. This pdf contains all information of the chosen application and is a great document for the installer to explain a good quality audio system.
If there is software involved, such as AudioControl 12.8 and AudioSystem 8.8, the software configuration file will be sent automatically together with the pdf. Again this is a very useful and timesaving advantage of the online version of the Plug & Play.
