Tshwane HELLO Festival – for and by the people

The “HELLO’ Community Arts Development Programme and Festival harnesses the
power of the arts as tool to contribute to democracy, human rights and development of
South African communities. It is a festival by the community, for the community.
DWR Distribution and 93.6 Tshwane FM have entered into a collaboration The Tshwane
University of Technology to assist in bringing this worthwhile project to life.

The festival runs from the 16 – 26 August 2017 and includes several interactive sessions,
master classes and workshops in addition to live performances at the Breytenbach
Theatre.
