Since launching the first high brightness laser projector in 2014, Digital Projection’s
advance in solid-state laser technology – with projectors capable of producing
bright, stable and colour-accurate imagery with remarkably low lifetime costs of
ownership – has already earned the Manchester, UK-based manufacturer a
whopping six international industry awards.
In a move reflecting Digital Projection’s confidence in its professional-grade high
brightness laser projectors and in its pioneering laser technology, the manufacturer
is now offering an equally revolutionary 20,000-hour three-year EMEA warranty on
all of its pioneering laser products. Double that of some competitors.
While a 20,000-hour guarantee already applies to several Digital Projection
solutions, this warranty now extends to the entire range of laser phosphor
projectors, including the HIGHlite Laser, INSIGHT 4K Laser and the E-Vision Laser
8500. Every Digital Projection customer in the EMEA region is thus set to benefit
from this unprecedented product warranty update.
Digital Projection’s pioneering laser projectors are ideal for verticals such as visitor
attractions and high end pro AV, where brightness, clarity of contrast and long life
illumination are of paramount importance. All Digital Projection Laser projectors can
be operated in both Portrait and Landscape mode, providing maximum flexibility
regardless of the installation.
Thanks to Digital Projection’s revolutionary solid-state illumination system, which
bypasses regular lamp replacement cycles, nearly all lifetime costs for Digital
Projection’s Laser projectors are incurred at time of purchase. This key
characteristic allows the entire product category to provide a much lower cost of
ownership over the lifespan of the system.
Launched at InfoComm 2015, the E-Vision Laser 8500 projector is proving highly
popular with customers looking for powerful 1-Chip DLP laser technology, and is
now available with a free five-year warranty upgrade.
The E-Vision 8500 Laser follows on the success of the award winning 3-Chip
HIGHLite Laser, which uses a cost effective single chip DLP alternative of HIGHlite’s
proven laser light source. With a WUXGA resolution and a contrast ratio of up to
4,000:1, it delivers a stunning 8,500 Lumen output, boasting an impressive 20,000
hours of stable solid-state illumination.
Thanks again to its solid-state light source, the E-Vision Laser offers significantly
reduced costs of ownership in comparison to other lamp-based projectors; and
future proofing is guaranteed thanks to such standard features as Image Edge
Blending, geometric correction, HDBaseT, DisplayPort 1.2 and HDMI connectivity.
The move also underlines the reliability of Digital Projection Laser projectors, with
many other solid-state projectors only warrantied for half the amount of time. With
the introduction of its three year 20,000 hour warranty on all laser projection
products, Digital Projection is proving that it has complete confidence in its laser
technology embedded in its products.
