Prolight + Sound is no exception when it comes to exciting new perspectives, such as the exhibitor search engine which is now available on their website, offering initial insight into who is taking part in the fair.
The exhibitor search engine will be continuously updated and will enable visitors to find all of the exhibitors easily, or to search by exhibition halls and product groups. This interactive tool contains lots of information about the companies including product videos and information.
The Concert Sound Arena and the Live Sound Arena which are at the outdoor exhibition space at Prolight + Sound, have been the visitor’s magnet for many years. These provide an unmatched chance to see and hear mobile PA systems and line-array systems under realistic conditions. Also giving an opportunity for visitors to take a look at the line-up of exhibitors who will be demonstrating their products there.
The Opus German Stage Award, in the Technical Realisation category, will go to Marcus Mechelhoff. He will receive the award for his work in planning and implementing the public festivities to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall, which attracted hundreds of thousands of visitors to the German capital in November 2014.
The board was particularly impressed by the creative and methodical use of event technology that, in addition to the historical background, ensured emotional and enduring impressions.
