Shure MEA is quite a new entity in the Middle East and Africa, and one of Shure’s market development office’s responsibility is to educate the market about the brand and its solutions for the broadcast and media production industry.

They will participate at CABSAT 2015 for the first time and focus on participation and brand presence in the region. In regards to broadcast, Shure sees numerous opportunities in the region; with a new physical presence, they expect to build new relationships in the market and leverage existing ones.

They will be showcasing audio solutions for broadcast and media production, which will include:

• Wireless ENG (Electronic News Gathering)
• Wireless production microphones
• Wireless IFB (Interruptible Fold Back)

Their distribution partners are involved in different projects across the region through their network of customers that include system integrators and broadcasters. Some of the most prominent Shure users include 7 Production, Al Jazeera, Al Watan TV, Arabian Radio Network, Dubai Media Incorporated, MBC Group, MTV, M-Net, Rotana Group, Sharjah TV, SuperSport, and many more.

Shure expects CABSAT to attract broadcast professionals and organisations from across the region, which should grant it the opportunity to showcase and demonstrate their solutions to the right target audience.
