As from now, wholesalers, retailers, distributors, event technicians, service
providers and other professionals in the events sector can secure their ticket for
Prolight + Sound by purchasing it in advance. By doing so, they will save 25 percent
as against the price of tickets at the door and will be sure to be there when the fair
launches its new concept from 5 to 8 April 2016. Next year, Prolight + Sound will
take place for the first time on four working days (Tuesday to Friday). The new
sequence of days prepares the ground for an extension of the comprehensive
programme of further professional development and seminars throughout the
duration of the show. At the same time, Prolight + Sound is moving to the eastern
end of the Frankfurt Fair and Exhibition Centre. After a record year in 2015, the
organisers are thus creating the requisite conditions for further growth in both
breadth and depth. In six exhibition halls, visitors will find all the latest new
products and innovations in the world of lighting and sound engineering, theatre and
stage technology, AV media technology and systems integration.

Among the new features in the complementary programme is the Future Talents
Day on 5 April, at which new entrants to the profession can get an overview of the
various training scenarios and career opportunities, as well as extending their
knowledge of the professional events sector. The programme includes lectures,
guided tours and other interesting activities for university and vocational students
and trainees. There are reduced admission rates at Prolight + Sound for this
particular target group, as well as for groups of 25 or more.

Next year, too, the synergies that have always existed between Prolight + Sound
and Musikmesse, International Trade Fair for Musical Instruments, Sheet Music,
Music Production and Music Business Connections, will continue to exist as before.
Musikmesse takes place from 7 to 10 April 2016 and will thus be held in parallel
with Prolight + Sound on the Thursday and Friday. On these days, an admission
ticket for Prolight + Sound is also valid for Musikmesse.
