Wisdom Audio, designer and manufacturer of loudspeaker systems tailored for the
most discerning audiophiles, recently announced it is demonstrating its latest audio
solutions in a realistic media room environment created in collaboration with Italy’s
premier acoustic designer, Home Theater Environment (HTE), on its stand 5-U120
at ISE 2017. At the show, attendees will experience Wisdom Audio’s exceptional
sound reproduction and see how its range of products fit naturally in a state-of-the-
art entertainment space.

HTE has designed a modern, yet cosy media room featuring hardwood floors as well
as replicating natural light from side windows. The front wall furniture unit houses
all of the A/V solutions, while designer furniture completes the atmosphere —
creating a realistic end-user home theatre environment.

“When quoting a living space, many custom installers go to great effort to sell,
plan, and execute a fantastic high-end theatre experience for their clients, but often
have to settle for an average soundbar solution due to budget constraints,” said Luc

with a midsize budget, Wisdom Audio can help its dealers deliver a true
entertainment solution using many of our flexible high-performance audio options.”

Wisdom Audio will display three loudspeaker configurations that highlight its wide
range of solutions designed to deliver high-fidelity, high-output audio in a media
room. The room will feature seven of Wisdom Audio’s all-new Sage Series ICS7a in-
ceiling loudspeakers, custom Sage Superbars and a pair of L75 Line Source
loudspeakers, along with four S90i RTL (Regenerating Transmission Line)
subwoofers. Seven Wisdom Audio SA-3 amplifiers will provide 21 channels of
amplification, delivering 10.5 kilowatts of power. The media room will also feature
a 254 centimetre (100-inch) 4K Sony TV, a TrinnovAudio Altitude32 pre-amplifier,
Control4 automation along with Pakedge networking, and a Kaleidescape movie
server.

The Sage Series ICS7a in-ceiling loudspeakers feature innovative planar magnetic
driver (PMD) technology that enables the point source product to achieve high
output down to 57Hz. To ensure maximum clarity, the angled PMD design allows the
on-axis energy to be focused straight at the listening area with laser precision.
Available in custom lengths of up to 248.92 centimetres (98 inches) and in standard
black or a colour customized to fit the environment and decor, Sage Superbars
deliver exceptional sound reproduction, fit-and-finish and craftsmanship. The L75
employs a 121.92 centimetre (48-inch) planar magnetic line source to reproduce
everything above 275 Hz and four robust, high-operating pressure woofers for the
bass.
